My recent stay was quite disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues at the spa and hotel. The service staff were friendly and attentive, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as both the presentation and quality of food were lacking. The facilities, especially the pool and showers, were in poor condition, which overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel overall, with clean and comfortable rooms and an exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The spa facilities were great too, making it a relaxing getaway. However, the dining experience fell short during breakfast, and there were minor maintenance issues that need addressing.
