Amazing Stay! Totally Recommend
smooth check-in fresh breakfast friendly staff comfortable room
I really loved how smoothly the check-in process went! Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasted great. The portion size was perfect. The staff were so friendly and cute. The room was very comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep.
The jacuzzi was not very hot. The rest of the spa facilities were great.

The staff throughout the hotel offered prompt and courteous service, and were happy to help with directions and suggestions for local attractions. room service was punctual and accurate. The team ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest, which I appreciated.

The hotel includes a well kept pool, sauna, and hydrotherapy pool for relaxation, even though the hydrotherapy pool needs updating. The on-site restaurant and bar provided multiple dining options, while the Birdcage restaurant offered good food with lovely presentation. I had a wonderful time!

dated room terrible soundproofing
The breakfast was good.
The room felt quite dated and wasn't particularly clean. I found hairs in the bathroom. the soundproofing was terrible, so sleep was difficult with noise from other guests and the wedding.
